New Business:

Discussion took place regarding schools canceling games with little advance notice to the other participating school.
Tri-Valley requested that contest times be moved up to 5:30. Several member schools expressed this would create hardships for parents and would conflict with after school practice schedules for other sports/activities. It was agreed that a member school could host at an earlier time if it was approved with the other participating school.
Clem Feldker (H) reported that the boys 7th grade SVC basketball tournament games would begin at 4:15 on Thursday Jan. 11 and Friday Jan. 12 due to the use of only one gym and parking concerns.
Clem and Cathy Naleway will send out blank tournament brackets for the 7th and 8th grade boys’ SVC basketball tournament so teams can start making plans for possible tournament games.
The next meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at 5:00 pm. The meeting will take place at Alexander’s Steakhouse in Bloomington.
Jim Moxley (F) moved to adjourn. Clem Feldker (H) seconded the motion. The motion passed 10-0.
